We dispatch all orders within 24 hours. Generally shipping times are 3-5 business days but can be longer for rural areas.

On all water filters we offer a 5 year warranty if any parts cease to function within that period of time, provided the unit has been correctly installed and operated as specified in the product manual.

We manufacture our products to make them easy to install for any qualified plumber. We have some installation partners in certain states we would be happy to refer you to, or we can assist your chosen plumber with any questions they may have.

We offer free shipping within Australia on all purchases over $150. A flat rate of $15 applies for any purchase under this amount.

Yes, we accept returns within a 30 day period if you are not satisfied with the product for any reason.
